Capital Improvement - Sidewalk

We are pleased to announce that we will be making a few improvements to our synagogue this year. Although we don’t have a surplus of financial resources, we are determined to ensure the safety and well-being of all who visit Temple Hatikvah.

I’m sure you have noticed the numerous cracks and uneven concrete slabs in our sidewalks. While we have taken steps to temporarily repair the sidewalk, it continues to be extremely dangerous and a liability to the synagogue. This capital improvement must be completed prior to winter.

In order to make this happen, we will need your support. Our plan is to have a 6’x6’ section of bricks on both ends of the concrete sidewalk. Each brick can be engraved with a personalized message (16 characters per line, max 2 lines). In order to raise enough money to cover the cost of our new sidewalk, we’re suggesting a donation of $200 per brick.

If you prefer not to purchase a brick, but still make a contribution towards the sidewalk and/or other future capital improvements, please click the following link for Capital Improvement Campaign. It will allow you to donate any amount...
